My neighbour in Keppel Street, Melbourne told me about this great book he had borrowed from the local library. Filled with fantastic vegetarian recipes from across the globe it is a lovely gift for a food lover. I tried the Black Bean Stew and Mango Salsa from the Cuban section and was hooked instantly.
